This is a pretty basic pudding mix recipe, except I substituted the milk for the Vanilla Premier Protein® Shake. A yummy sweet treat that isn’t too bad for you. There was two bowls left over for my husband and I to enjoy after the kiddos went to bed last night. AND because he was a big helper, he got to enjoy a pudding treat. My two younger boys were outside playing with their neighbor friends, so my oldest helped me make this treat. Top with a desired tasty chocolate treat ( Yay! Chocolate) or leave plain. Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 5 minutes.Ħ. Pour mix into individual sized serving cups.ĥ. Mix the two ingredients with a wire whisk or blender.Ĥ. Pour your desired flavor of pudding mix in the bow.ģ. In addition to eating good for you whole foods, I do try to spice things up and treat the boys (and myself) to some yummy snacks. In fact, we all are less cranky when we eat good foods with a proper balance of protein, carbs and fat! I find that when they eat real foods they are satisfied and less cranky. As a mom of three busy, growing, always hungry boys… I try to do my best to feed them healthy whole foods.
